Before you use the site

A simple distinction matters

UK Helicopter Rides is a specialist website designed to help visitors find and compare helicopter experiences around the UK. We do not operate helicopters, run launch sites, take payments or manage bookings.

When you choose to book an experience, you continue to Adventure001, our operations partner. Their website, booking terms and operational conditions apply to the purchase and delivery of the experience.

01

Using UK Helicopter Rides

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security or the experience of other visitors.

You may browse the site, use the location finder, compare experiences and follow links to third-party booking pages for personal, non-commercial use.

02

Information on the Site

We aim to present helicopter experience information clearly and accurately. This can include launch locations, approximate flying times, sightseeing routes, experience descriptions, pricing and other product details.

Helicopter experiences are operational products and details can change. The individual Adventure001 booking page should always be treated as the final source for current pricing, availability, passenger restrictions, voucher terms and the experience you are purchasing.

03

Bookings & Payments

UK Helicopter Rides does not take bookings or payments. When you select a booking link, you leave UKHR and continue to Adventure001.

Any purchase you make is entered into directly with Adventure001 and is governed by their own terms and conditions, cancellation arrangements, voucher terms and customer-service procedures.

04

Availability, Routes & Operational Changes

Helicopter flying is subject to weather, aircraft availability, air-traffic requirements, venue arrangements and other operational considerations.

Named sightseeing routes describe the planned experience, but routing, timings and operating arrangements may need to change. Your booking confirmation and joining instructions should be treated as the final source for where to go, when to arrive and what to expect on the day.

05

External Websites

UKHR contains links to Adventure001 and may also link to maps or other useful external services. Once you leave this website, the content, availability, privacy practices and terms of the destination website are controlled by that provider.

We are not responsible for the continued availability or content of external websites.

06

Site Content

The structure, written content, design and original material on UK Helicopter Rides are provided for use on this website. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially reuse substantial parts of the site without permission.

Product names, brand names and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

07

Liability

UKHR is provided as an information and comparison resource. We are not the helicopter operator and do not control the performance, cancellation, postponement or delivery of an experience purchased through Adventure001.

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

08

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the site, its services or the way it works changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
